Many homeowners don't realize that homes built before 1978 may have layers of old paint that contain lead. When that paint is sanded, scraped, or disturbed during a renovation, it can release invisible lead dust into the air.

That dust can settle on floors, furniture, toys, and clothing — making it especially hazardous for young children and pregnant women.

We completed the official EPA Lead Renovator certification to ensure we know how to perform these renovations safely — following federal regulations and using proper containment and cleaning procedures to help minimize the spread of hazardous lead dust.

For us, remodeling is about more than beautiful finishes and flawless paint. It's about protecting the home where your family lives.

That's why we continuously invest in education, training, and higher standards — so our clients can have confidence not only in the quality of our work, but also in the way it's done.
